DOC Industry Day

DOC Industry Day returns on Friday the 14th of February with the central theme ‘Talent’.

The DOC Industry Day will focus on young talent and the urgency of talent development programs. Therefore, we ask ourselves the central question: what are recent developments in the documentary sector and how can talent programs connect with that?During the DOC Industry Day, several talent development programs will be offered a platform to inspire and encourage others. Think about VPRO Dorst, IDFAcademy and Teledoc Campus. The day will offer an excellent possibility to meet other makers and producers in an informal way.

You can ask all your questions to guests like the director John Appel (known for his documentary ‘Zij gelooft in mij’), Suzanne van Voorst (Nederlands Filmfonds and Teledoc Campus), Paul Pauwels (former European Documentary Network) and Margit Balogh (documentary EO). In short, it will be a day full of tips & tricks, inspiring masterclasses, extraordinary screenings and interesting speed dates.
